I want to optimise the geometry of a foldable construction. Therefore I built the structure in Spaceclaim, with simple beams. I´ve mated the holes in my construction members with the center tool. So these mates would work as hinges. Now if I rotate one of the beams, I expect my construction to keep intact (that is, stay attached at the mate hinge points) and move along with the rotated beam. Absolutely! Actually, the best thing to do is to send it to support [at] spaceclaim [dot] com. They will log cases against your requests and let R&D know what the most common requests are. We'd love to know what you're looking for.
