Poorvesh, I just uploaded another video regarding freeform surfacing. I know it still does not answer your questions, but I will try to take the example further to attempt to answer them in future videos.

True, it is slower. When working with analytic geometry (planes, cylinders, …) we're interacting with only a few elements (vertices, edges and faces). When working with freeform surfaces we're interacting with potentially many thousands of control points and surface conditions.
I will try to get some additional videos - including detailing. It works very well.

Impressive that Co-create came up with a robust system to calculate such complexities, though it appeared slow, but good for styling.
Paul, could you upload some more such videos, especially if Co-create could modify components in section view & detailing. And if possible, kindly upload a video where you can display the detailing process of such complex models at different sections, defining the capabilities of delivering detailing results for manufacturing.
